Eat your veggies Mom!

My mum's health scare gave hers a real gud wake up call. Rekurrent problems wit Gasfritis Gastritis mades her realize that there need to be seeryus changes. And I, Maximilian the Pogi Dog, am gonna help wit it.

She gaves up coffee, and red meat. I'm gonna watch to see if she's eating her veggies like the way she has been checking if I ate mine.

When she was on her feet again, we went jogging at Rizal Park. We took lots of peektures. It was a fun and tiring day!

Hello Maxie!

Please send our hugs and licks to your Mom and do make sure she's eating well. We hope at all will be ok with her.

We have not gone to Rizal Park for walkies for we are usually taken to BHS --- now it's Forgie turn for day out walkies. Rizal Park sure looks like a lot of fun! We love your froggie poses, too and your smiles are just too adorable!

We do hope to see you soon!

Love,

Oh Maxie, we didnt know your Mom got sick! Will you tell her to take some yogurt or yakult? These should deliver an army of good bacteria in her tummy to fight the bad ones!

take care of your MOM!

Stay on her, Max! We want your mom to stay healthy and happy. We hope she has the pain under control now and the diet changes sound like a good idea (although momma would miss cafe au lait). Your Park trip looks wonderful...exercise, dad's doctor says, is part of the treatment for EVERY illness...so maybe you'll get more opportunities.
